This logo was commissioned by a professional woodworker in Huntsville, Alabama. The brand name is a play on words in reference to a wooden planing device used in carpentry. The logomark is a custom ampersand in combination with an altered version of the Krona One Typeface. The style is based on rustic airplane and propeller company logos and ads.
